With 20+ years of experience, María has been involved in startups (The Pool, Boletia, Impronta, LinaHealthCare, and Bankaool), and worked at leading Finance and Media institutions, sharing her widespread expertise in cultural project management and innovation. Her experience includes: Five years as Project Manager at Rothschild Bank. María holds a B.A. and an M.A. in International Business Management from ITAM (Mexico) as well as a second M.A. in Psychology from the ITREM Institute, Mexico. She was one of the founders of People@.
