She specializes in finding the best talent for industries such as Digital, IT, e-Commerce, and Media, as well as C Levels and Sales positions for different companies; she is a consultant in resume writing and Linkedin strategies. Mayalen started her career in the publishing world in 2002 at Editorial Televisa; she assembled teams and was member of the board of journalists at Excélsior, a leading Mexican newspaper. She was Editor in chief and Project Manager of Central magazine at ADN 40 (2012 / TV Azteca) and in 2016 she started her career as a headhunter. Mayalen has a Business Administration degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and studied a MSc in History of International Relations at The London School of Economics.
