Ale has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana; she spent many years in real estate development, project management, operations, fundraising, and sales. 20 years ago, after successfully overseeing the development and construction of more than 1,500 apartments in Mexico City, she founded Dominion Corporate Housing, Mexico’s leading extended-stay operator and management ompany. She always knew she wanted to work in the hotel business.
Ale has invested in several businesses; she also is a yoga teacher and manages Mahat Ayurveda & Yoga, a school and e-commerce site that sells ayurvedic products. Since 2020, she manages People@.
