Cecilia has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UVM; she has experience in Humanist training aimed at the comprehensive development of people. Her professional background and social sensibility has given her the opportunity to develop over nine years in different areas of HR and psychotherapy. Cecy was HR Business Partner at Linio Mexico, where she recruited profiles for the areas of Operations and Sales.
Currently she specializes in talent search for the IT industry (CTOs, developers, and Project Leaders, among others), as well as top level positions for industries such as Digital Marketing, Consulting, Hospitality, and Retail.
