Currently Oriana is the Director of the Science of Happiness at Work and Coaching Programs for the iOpener Institute in the UK, she also works independently in Mexico, she lives in Mexico City and in London. Oriana has global experience in executive coaching, consulting and facilitating group learning in multinationals (such as Hella, BBVA and Walmart); she is an advocate of gender equity and women’s equal pay, she has developed programs to teach women to achieve C Suite job posts. She holds a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and a BA in Modern Iberian and Latin American Regional Studies
