He has been an entrepreneur since 1999, when he participated in the launching of Digipro, a company that still offers IT solutions for the financial sector; in 2001 he founded Tecnor, dedicated to satellite telecommunications and data transfers. Santiago has been a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) since 2011. He was consultant and Director of Telvent Mexico, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric from (2012 – 2015). On 2014 he started Sysmantec, a digital transformation company that works with industries such as energy and national security. He is part of the Board of Vive Energía, dedicated to the production of clean wind power. Santiago studied Chemical Engineering at ITESM; he took the Senior Executive Technologic Innovation program at IPADE 2009 and is currently participating in the Senior Executive Management and Business program from Harvard University.
